Terms & Condition

Ölverk Pizza & brewery is the owner of this website. In this document it will be referred to as Ölverk.

Placing an order

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the credit card or debit card used for the transaction.

You must pay by submitting your credit or debit card details with your order. We will not dispatch your order until payment has been made.

Please ensure your billing and shipping address are correct as we cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items or delays in transit due to incorrect address details being provided to us.
Prices & Taxes

Prices are quoted in Icelandic kronas, Euros or US dollars depending on your geographical location. You must pay in the currency in which the product price is quoted. If you do not hold an account in the relevant currency, you can pay by debit or credit card and your card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at their current rate.

USA

  • All prices are calculated in ISK and include VAT.
  • Additional taxes or customs could apply as everything is shipped from Iceland.

EU

  • All prices are calculated in ISK  and include VAT.
  • Additional taxes or customs could apply as everything is shipped from Iceland.

Countries outside EU

  • All prices are calculated in ISK .
  • Additional taxes or customs could apply as everything is shipped from Iceland.
  • All taxes, VAT, tariffs, customs charges and others are not included in our prices and are to be paid by the buyer.
  • Laws about shipping, goods, taxes and customs are different in each country. It is the customer’s responsibility to check with the local Customs Office to verify whether it permits the shipment of the products to their country.


Freight cost will be added to the price at check out.

Processing Retailer

To maximize security, we never hold any credit/debit card details. They are held by third party payment providers. Some banks and credit or debit card issuers may charge you an international processing fee. This international service fee is controlled and charged by your bank or card issuer and not by Ölverk, or our payment processors. Please refer to INTLServiceFee.com.
