Refund policy

Return, refund or exchange of items

We only offer a refund or exchange if the product is damaged upon arrival. Since we are individual artists in a cooperative gallery, exchanges must be done from the same artist the original item was purchased from.

Items bought at Ölverk webpage can be returned within 15 days after arrival. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Proof of purchase and damaged condition must be provided and we will refund or exchange if approved .

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Postal and freight costs are not refundable. Sales or custom made orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Wrong items

If your delivery is not identical to your order, you got the wrong product or if a product is missing please contact us on olverk@olverk.is and include your order number and details about your delivery and original order. We will do our best to correct the mistake quickly. But please note that all of our items are handmade and can vary slightly in colour, texture and form.

Product Information

We try to be as accurate as possible in the product description. However, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions or other content on the site is correct in all details. In addition, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and may not be exactly right. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Product availability is not guaranteed. In case a product you just bought is not in stock and will no longer be available, you will get a full refund immediately.

Items in Ölverk can occasionally be mis priced. We have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price, even though the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If payment has already been made, we will immediately credit the amount of the incorrect price.

Ownership 

The sold item is the property of the seller until full payment is received. These conditions of business have been in use by Ölverk from the start. The conditions are considered accepted and binding by the client (buyer) when business has taken place between buyer and seller.
